Agent Crunch was created out of the frustration of not being able to easily gauge real estate agents’ performance when using reviews or recommendations.
We wanted to know which agent would work to sell at the highest price for the seller (what they nearly all promise).
One of our founders made the mistake of once telling an agent the minimum they would accept for a property and guess what happened?
The buyer presented by the agent offered that exact amount…
We wonder the chance of a random buyer choosing the same exact amount mentioned to the real estate agent!
After speaking with many home sellers, we decided sellers needed a new innovative way to measure if an agent is truly working to get the home seller the best price rather than just a quick sale to get their commission.
Our Mission
To provide property sellers the best chance of selling at the best price possible via recommending agents that have a proven track record of doing the same for past clients.
We have created our own mathematic formula to gauge agents’ past performance and all agents that are accepted into our platform go through the same selection criteria. This means as long as the agent is willing to work with us, they are all graded via the same method.
We believe this formula gives property sellers a much better chance of selecting an agent who has their interest at heart – the best price possible!
